PT. Naga Rantara Jaya is a company founded by Mr. Reza Fadhillah and Mr. Firdaus Dja'far on December 20th , 2020 with the aim of strengthening the business development plan with the basic embryo of Healthy food. As of May 30, 2025, the company was partially acquired by PT Djaya Fadhillah Corporasi (DJAFCO) and as well as the largest shareholder, so that with this acquisition, the company further solidified its steps in the green business ecosystem.

Meaning of Logo and Company Name:

• The name Naga Rantara Jaya means “Dragon, the Intermediary of Prosperity” (Rantara is an abbreviation of Raja Nusantara / Nusantara King), reflecting the company’s role as a conduit for the natural wealth of the Nusantara toward growth and prosperity.
• The dragon symbolizes strength, vigilance, and the protection of natural resources. The dragon’s coiled position forms a circle, symbolizing an endless cycle—a symbol of sustainability and the continuity of the business.
• The Kutai Dragon (cow snake), as a local symbol, represents the guardian of the Mahakam River and the natural wealth of East Kalimantan, which serves as the primary foundation for the company’s business development.
• The layered geometric frame, inspired by Japanese philosophy (Igeta—the well frame as a source of life), symbolizes an integrated system, discipline, and dynamic, sustainable movement in building the business. This logo is inspired by the logo and the struggle of Ryoma Sakamoto, a Japanese national hero who dared to break old patterns to build a new system and bridge tradition and modernity.
• The sprout in the center, which grows into cocoa and coffee beans, symbolizes life, growth, and the transformation of natural resources into high-value products that benefit many parties.
• The dark blue (navy) color symbolizes trust, stability, professionalism, and the company’s vision to expand on a national and international scale.
• The logo as a whole reflects harmony between nature, humanity, and a structured business system, with a commitment to sustainable growth and delivering broad benefits.
